13 oz. Rotini noodles
3 cups shredded cheddar
1½ cup parmesan, divided (½)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg pepperoni
1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup broccoli peaces
1 can mushroom slices, drained
1 jar Ragu Double Cheddar
Begin by prepping veggies if not already done. Fry pepperoni in frying pan, then add veggies, cook until tender. Boil noodles until tender, drain. In large bowl mix noodles, cheeses, eggs, salt, & sauce. Add pepperoni mixture, stir well. Pour into 9x13”pan. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 20 min.
