How to Make Two-Bite Brownies

I don't know about you but I'm always kind of afraid to try something new when it comes to baking, because baking seems so touchy. I took the leap yesterday and made Two-bite Brownies like you can get from the store. These are great for people who love the edges of brownies. Anyway it was really simple. I used a boxed family-size brownie mix and my mini muffin pan. Greased the bottoms just like usual and filled the muffin cups about half full. Bake at directed temperature for about 15 minutes. Very easy and makes a great treat for a party where bite-size individual portions are best. Hope this takes the guess work out of it for you!
